ORGANIC GOLDEN MILK
Turmeric milk, often known as golden milk in India, is said to have therapeutic properties in Ayurvedic medicine. This heated combination of spices and plant milk may assist with digestive difficulties, arthritic inflammation, and discomfort and fever linked with sickness, in addition to promoting sleep. Enjoy this warm, calming drink an hour or two before bedtime to help you sleep well.
- 1-2 cups hot unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, or cashew milk. or MIXED/JUST WATER
- 1 teaspoon raw honey/maple syrup/monk fruit/stevia sweetener (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- .25-1 teaspoon turmeric superblend
- Add all ingredients to 1-2 cups of hot milk or water and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve warm.
TURMERIC COFFEE LATTE
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vaniila extract
- 2 packets stevia sweetener/ monkfruit
- 1 fluid ounce brewed expresso
- 1 tsp turmeric superblend
Directions
Step 1: Combine coconut milk, vanilla extract, stevia sweetener, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Remove the saucepan until frothy using an immersion blender.
Step 3: Pour espresso into a serving mug. Top off with frothed milk mixture.
Cook's Notes:
Substitute Truvia(R) with your sweetener of choice. You can also use any kind of nut milk in place of coconut milk.
Mango Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

1 tbsp barley grass powder, or more to taste (or sub wheatgrass powder)
1 tsp sweetener of your choice (coconut blossom sugar, maple syrup, raw honey, monkfruit, allulose ...)
Warm up the plant-based milk and stir 1 tbsp of barley grass powder in a mug, until completely dissolved. Foam up the remaining warm/cold milk, add on top of the barley latte, sweeten and enjoy.
